Your private sound healing session lasts 45 minutes.
We open by setting your intention, then you’ll rest into the sound journey.
We close with an optional oracle card — a simple message to reflect your session and support integration.

Loose, warm, comfortable clothing. Warm socks recommended.

An eye mask or scarf, and a warm blanket (the warmer, the better) can help you relax even more deeply. You’re also welcome to bring a journal to capture any insights afterward.

Avoid heavy meals for at least 1 hour before. Light snacks are fine. Drink water before and after to support integration. For your deepest relaxation, it’s best to use the restroom before your session.

My cozy space is in Eaux-Vives, just an 8-minute walk from Gare des Eaux-Vives.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked session and take a seat in the waiting room. You’re welcome to help yourself to some water and use the restroom. I’ll meet you in the waiting room when it’s time to begin your session.

Drink water, eat something light, and give your body time to integrate.
Over the next 24–72 hours, you may notice new clarity, emotions moving, vivid dreams, intuitive thoughts, or subtle “messages.” If anything stands out, write it down — even a few words.If you’d like to continue this path of clarity and alignment, book your next session — either another Private Sound Healing session, or a 1:1 Inner Alignment Coaching online session for deeper process work.
