For years, I lived by the rules of who I thought I had to be — overachieving, pleasing, performing. I had the business, the strategy, the image… but inside, there was an emptiness I couldn’t explain.

Things shifted when I stopped striving and started listening — to my truth.

That listening led me to the power of reprogramming the mind, the healing frequency of sound, ancient spiritual wisdom, and the sacredness of ritual.

Now, I create spaces — circles, ceremonies, and personal guidance — where women find clarity, release what no longer serves them, and step into their most magnetic selves.
